The Door Bay Review

Privacy

The Door Bay Review has no way to identify a reader, and the sections below explain why that is a matter of construction rather than of policy.

If the Site Changes

If the site ever changes in a way that affects this description, the description changes with it. A privacy page that has drifted from the site it describes is worse than none, so this one is kept in step.

The Hosting Layer

Pages are served by a commercial hosting provider. Any web server sees the technical particulars of a request in order to answer it, and the provider retains those records briefly. Nothing from that layer is passed to the site or used to identify a reader.

No Tracking

The pages carry no analytics, no tag manager and no advertising pixel. There is no measurement layer, so there is no record of an individual reader to protect in the first place.

No Sign-In

There is no form, no comment box, no newsletter signup and no account. There is no mechanism through which a reader could submit personal information even deliberately.

Nothing Is Stored

No cookie is set by this site. There is no state kept between one visit and the next.

Leaving This Site

Where a page links elsewhere, the destination is beyond this site's control. Any site reached that way sets its own terms and handles data on its own account.
